Excretion of cocaine out of the body depends upon many factors. These include:
- The amount of drug taken- The more is the amount, the longer it will take for the body to metabolize it.
- The mode of administration of the drug- oral, intravenous or nasal.
- Coke when taken with alcohol produces more effects and takes longer to get excreted.
- The age, gender and weight of an individual. The drug is mainly metabolized by the liver. Only 1% of it is excreted as such in the urine. The rest is metabolized by the liver and then excreted in urine in the form of a metabolite named benzoylecgonine.

So it would be difficult to say with precision the period of elimination of coke.
A rough estimate is 2- 4 days for one time use. For people who use it quite often, it is 8-12 days.

I consumed a decent line of cocaine on a Friday and drank alcohol every night after but also consumed water all during day and large amounts 10hrs prior to testing which was 120 hrs after line consumption. 170 5’10. Federal work drug testing. If my urine test is positive for benzoylecgonine (small amounts), but have a prescription for Ativan or Lorazepam will that be sufficient? Or if I contain a lot of Tonic water which has Quinine will that suffice?

I have done about a 0.5 one week ago and a 0.5 a week before that. Today I decided to do a 0.5 of coke again. My final urine test is the following Monday. I get tested weekly and every test is about 5 days from time of usage. I passed every time with flying colors. Delaying the test is preferred. If you can postpone by around 2.5 to 3 months, with regular trimming of contaminated hair, you have fair chances of passing the test.
