Does Semen Leak From Vagina After Intercourse?

Q: After sex, does all the semen goes inside vagina or some leaks out ?

Reply:
Some part of the total ejaculate goes deep inside the vagina, some stays in the lower part of it and some leaks out.
Semen leakage from the vagina is normal and to be expected when there is enough of the ejaculate. Semen leakage means there is enough of the ejaculate. This is a good sign.

Less than 5% of the ejaculate is actually sperm, over 95% is made up of other fluids. These fluids provide nutrition to the sperms and maintain a particular pH essential for the sperms to survive. Only a few sperms are able to climb up the vagina and help in conception. As you can understand, only one healthy sperm would be enough for conception.
