Cystic Mass in Left Adnexa

Q: I have this lobulated cystic mass seen in left adnexa 3.5 into 7cm in size with few septation. Please help me what to do?

There are many possible reasons of a mass in adnexa. The diagnosis is made on the basis of the age of the patient and the symptoms with which she presents.
