Management of Piles
Q: There is bleeding when I go for motion. I am having this problem for past two years. When I consulted doctors, they told to eat food properly. I followed this advice. At that time I felt free flow of motion. Whenever I fast or do not take food properly, I feel very much strain to go for motion and also bleed. So kindly suggest me what to do further for this.

You need to go to a doctor. Bleeding this way is not good and would make you weak.
A gastroenterologist would be the best person to see.
The condition sounds like piles. This is common in people who have hard stools. The blood vessels around the anal opening become inflamed and start bleeding.
The condition is first managed by diet alone. You need to take a very balanced diet with a lot of fibers in it. This would mean, a lot of fruits, vegetables and water.
Also, cut down on fatty stuff and junk food.
When on fasting, you may take a spoon full of castor oil (mineral oil) before bedtime. Alternatively, you may take any indigestible soluble dietary fiber in milk or curd. This would help in proper stool formation and solve your problem.
Your have to understand that hard stools are bad for you, and repeated bleedings should not be there.
If the situation cannot be managed by diet alone, medical intervention would be required. You may read here more about piles.
