Penile Plaque Lesions

Q: I am 21 years old. I have a flat growth, about the size of pinky fingernail, on my penis for about two and a half years. It has some dark spots in it. It does not bleed or hurt. There is no discharge. But I feel pinching sensation in it and also at another place on my penis. The area does not have any growth. I am a virgin and have never done sex.

Sounds like erythroplakia, leukoplakia or lichen planus of the penile mucosa. Some of these conditions are caused as a result of chronic irritation of the mucosa.

You need to see a doctor. Only after proper examination, any
diagnosis would be possible.
