Natural Method for Muscle Building

Q: Hi, I’m 21 years old, Male. I have a problem with my body figure. My body is slim and smart but my arms are too skinny since childhood. At this age, my arms size is round 9″-10″ while other fellows have 12″-15″. I can’t join gym for exercise because on March 18th, 2012, I had an accident. It was a stab wound near my heart that was operated immediately to confirm if my heart was hit or not. I was so lucky that my heart was only 0.8 cm away from the target. Now I’m fit enough and can lift weight but I feel inflammation likely on the wound. So I keep myself away to lift weight. Is there any other way so that I get my arms size larger. Please help me, I’m much worried.

Proper exercises with a balanced diet is the only natural and appropriate way to build up muscles.

Your concern about caring for your wound is understandable. You may give it some more time till you feel better.

Then start with light exercises scaling up to moderate ones. It is advisable to be slow and patient always. Hurrying up on this issue would only hurt you and would not be proper.
