Q: My boyfriend and I were grinding whilst naked. Suddenly his pre-cum came out and it spilled on my upper inner thigh and places near it. I panicked, got up and immediately wiped it off using clean toilet paper. Despite that, could I still be pregnant?

You are not likely to get pregnant till his secretions touch your vaginal opening. If, even a single drop of his secretions touch your vaginal opening, sperms may climb up the way to fertilize your egg. In that case, you may get pregnant.
