Q: I’m 23 year old unmarried girl. My weight is 60 kg with some hormonal imbalance. So give me suggestion for loosing weight fast. Please suggest me something for loosing my weight quickly. Help me please and thank you.

It is advisable to lose weight in a natural way. Diet and exercises are two aspects that have to be managed to loose weight.

Dietary Changes

Modify your diet in such a way that you consume fewer calories. If you are a little calorie deficient each day, you will surely lose weight.

  • Cut down on your fat and carbohydrate intake in each meal. Instead, add raw salads to your diet.
  • Avoid butter, saturated fat, sugars, breads, biscuits, sweets and other calorie rich food stuff.
  • Switch to low fat or skimmed milk.
  • Drink lots of water.
  • Take plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables to replenish your nutritional needs during dieting.
  • Drink a glass of lukewarm water with a tea spoon of honey and one lemon dissolved in it. When taken, this beverage actually helps in reducing weight.

Light Exercises on a Daily Basis

Do daily exercises like walking or jogging for at least half an hour. This way, you’ll burn out some calories daily.

Do not jump or overexert in the beginning. This may injure your knees. It is advisable to start with walks.

You need to keep patience and give yourself some time. You’ll start getting results in two weeks time.

Most of the medicines that claim to reduce weight are harmful to the body in a long run. They adversely affect the brain and hormonal system.

You are young and it would be better not to damage your body with any of these medicines.

Because I am an alcohol drinker, but not always. Why is that lukewarm water, honey and lemon helps reduce weight? Is it OK that instead of lemon the other fruit is calamansi?

      To get rid of the beer belly, you need to pay attention on your diet. After teenage, our calorie requirements reduce markedly. This is because, the physical growth is not so rapid now. Further, there is a reduction in the overall activity level.

      We need to alter our diets to adjust to newer requirements. Basically you have to cut down on the calories you take. Create a calorie deficit in your body each day, thereby forcing some belly fat to get burnt daily.

      Fats and carbohydrates are the first to be reduced. You cannot reduce the total food to be taken, you’ll feel hungry. The trick is replacing the calorie rich food with fresh fruits and vegetable servings.

      Replace all the drinks of your day by plain skimmed milk, vegetable soups or plain water.

      A glass full of water with honey lemon in it would be useful when taken early in the morning. This drink actually helps in cutting down belly fat. Lemon has ascorbic acid in it, which gives it this metabolic property. No other fruit has ascorbic acid in such a high amount. Honey accentuates its property.

      You’ll definitely lose weight, if you are determined to.

      The trick is to replace high calorie food stuff with low calorie ones. Do not stay hungry or reduce your total food amount.

      You may reduce the amount of fat being taken, cut on junk food and fried stuff.

      Add more and more fruits and vegetables to your diet, cutting on breads and rice. Read more on the topic above.

      Stretch marks occur when you gain weight. There are no medicines to erase them. However, as you loose weight and tone up your muscles, they are likely to improve.
